🎁 Ikachi’s Mother’s Day gift this year was seeing the joy and happiness of the women and mothers at our first workshop in the U.S., “Slow Down to Love.” We are truly grateful for everyone’s presence and openness. It is a great source of motivation for our team to keep going on our journey of healing and connecting through love.
🌟 The workshop was filled with gentle, positive energy, soothing music and moments of slowing down, being heard and being loved, helping everyone touch the peace, fulfillment and happiness that already exist within each of us. Just slow down a little and you will feel more clearly the love that surrounds you and lives inside you.
️🎨 The workshop was not only a community activity but also a gentle reminder: return to your own “inner home,” where you are embraced by the tenderest love. There, you don’t need to strain to be “good enough” in anyone’s eyes; there is no comparison and no judgment, only the freedom to simply be yourself – whole, simple and genuine. That home doesn’t demand perfection; it only asks for your full presence with an open heart. Perhaps that is the steadiest anchor in each person’s life, where we learn to love ourselves with acceptance, gentleness and contentment. It needs no one’s approval and asks us to prove nothing, yet it is the most peaceful and fulfilling place of all. When we know how to return inward, we no longer depend on anything outside to feel okay. However many challenges life brings, we can remain steady, free and able to overcome them all, through the love we give ourselves.
❤️ And above all, thank you, Mom, for giving me life and always giving me the chance to learn and grow every day.
“Happy Mother’s Day”!!! ️🎉
